Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, focusing on merchandising and delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences.

You will lead a team to ensure products are well-presented, stocked, and aligned with company programs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, and performing open/close duties while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to schedule flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute zone-specific merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing, driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle other responsibilities as assigned.
