Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising, customer service, and overall operational excellence.

You will lead a team to ensure shelves are stocked, signage and displays are effective, and store standards are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role supports scheduling, coaching, and daily task assignments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
