Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide and direct one zone of the sales floor, ensuring excellent merchandising and customer experience.

You will lead a team focused on merchandising, displays, and daily recovery while upholding store standards. The role requires supervising a team, scheduling, and opening/closing the store when needed, with a strong emphasis on delivering value and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer is required.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandising planning and replenishment to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to unload/processing merchandise and drive associate productivity.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional Team Leader duties.
