Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer service within a store zone. You will oversee a focused team, ensuring exceptional associate and customer experiences and executing daily merchandising tasks.

The role emphasizes scheduling, displays, inventory, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities to lead open/close operations and support additional store priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities.
