DSI is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to deliver hands-on frontline support to AT&T customers in high-traffic national retail environments. You will engage with customers and partners to resolve account, billing, device, and service concerns with clear communication and composure.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot devices and networks, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting.
