T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers from first hello to final purchase, while growing skills in customer interaction and digital tools. The role includes on-the-job training with an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, opportunities for annual incentives, stock grants, and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
