Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at Retail or Flagship locations in the U.S. You will prepare taxes, advise on optimization, and grow the local client base with marketing support.

You will work onsite, representing TurboTax professionally, handling a range of tax scenarios and building lasting relationships with clients in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite 20+ hours weekly; PTIN required.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling varied tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients through in-person interactions at the retail location.
