Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage the community, and collaborate with marketing and TurboTax resources to build a thriving business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
