Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers in a collaborative team environment. You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with customers while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at TurboTax locations, Sunday–Saturday, for a min. of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
