Job summary

Floor & Decor in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Training Supervisor to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience through exceptional service and accurate product information.

You will lead certification courses, coach associates on the basic P's of retail, and help maintain merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation while complying with safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with company values and safety procedures.
• Direct and train product sales specialists to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts, refunds, and exchanges per guidelines.
• Present instructional classes to customers.
