Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Product Sales Specialists to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise and installation.
• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, merchandising, and department organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections at checkout and during demos.
