Floor & Decor is seeking a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and solid product knowledge. You will develop and coach staff while supporting shoppers with product selection and information.

You will also coordinate certification courses, uphold merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide product sales specialists to provide attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
