Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated professional to train and develop Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information. The role emphasizes teaching the basic P’s of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing—and coordinating certification courses across the department.

You will direct associates, manage showroom merchandising and pricing, and maintain inventory flow from processing to showroom floor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Coordinate training and certification of product specialists.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
