Floor & Decor seeks a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information. The role emphasizes teaching the basic P’s of retail and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with store standards.

Responsibilities include directing product displays, certifying product knowledge, helping customers with selections, and handling checkout procedures within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsabilités

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company retail philosophy and basic P’s of retail (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing).
• Direct and assist processing of merchandise to showroom floor and pricing accuracy.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and assist at checkout.
