Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated trainer for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive expert product information and outstanding service. You will lead training efforts, reinforce company standards, and help maintain organized, well-presented departments.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service or sales, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Floor & Decor with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists on product knowledge and service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout transactions and handle refunds according to policies.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and department organization.
