Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 per year).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing light physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales to meet POS goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to craft territory plans.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers on strategies.
• Utilize SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad for routing and scheduling.
