Job summary

RADAR in New York is building the data infrastructure layer for the physical world, starting with retail. We are seeking two dedicated Customer Support Specialists with a strong background in Helpdesk and Customer Support to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify root causes of issues affecting store deployments, develop SQL queries and automation scripts, and drive process improvements that boost

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze data and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for store-related technical support for external customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot store deployments.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and automation scripts to streamline workflows and SLAs.
• Manage support requests using service desk tools with timely resolution and documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure proper escalation.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to customers in non-technical terms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Store Operations and Customer Support processes.
