Job summary

Ravyx US is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to repair, replace, and configure retail technology equipment at client sites and internally. This role ensures timely resolution of hardware and peripheral issues while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

You will perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, support field service logistics, and document work to ensure quality workmanship across retail environments.

Qualifications

• Requires DEP/DEC or equivalent technical education.
• Strong troubleshooting, hardware repair, and diagnostics skills.
• Experience with retail technology environments and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, configure, and test retail systems and peripherals (POS terminals, PCs, touchscreen systems).
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely and on-site at client locations.
