Job summary

Apple Retail in Dallas is seeking a dedicated Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’ll deliver a customer service experience unlike any other, asking questions to learn about customers’ needs and tailoring recommendations to enrich their lives.

You will stay up to date on Apple products, help peers, and educate customers on purchase options while supporting an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Ability to personalize solutions and communicate them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting products, and educating on purchase options.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in all tasks.
• Perform other duties including customer service in other store areas.
