Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’ll sell and deliver a customer service experience unlike any other while asking questions to learn customer needs and tailoring recommendations to enrich their lives.

You’ll stay informed about Apple products and purchase options, support peers with knowledge, and help identify ownership opportunities in a fast-paced store environment.
