Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You will ask questions to understand customer needs and customize recommendations to enrich their lives.

You will deliver excellent customer service, stay up to date on Apple products and purchase options, and support peers with knowledge of products and options to drive ownership opportunities.
