Micro Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Retail Service and Repair Supervisor for its Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. This role leads a cross-functional team of 8–10+ staff, driving performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include parts ordering, quality control, handling escalations, staffing, scheduling, and maintaining certifications. A high school diploma is required; A+ and Apple certifications must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience in a service facility or retail service.
• A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• Communication and language skills; ability to read and write reports.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; flexible shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a cross-functional team of 8–10+.
• Oversee parts ordering, returns, and quality control for inventory.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and manage escalations.
• Monitor metrics: customer satisfaction, repair productivity, revenue, efficiency.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Assist in scheduling to cover peak and non-peak hours.
• Maintain up-to-date technical certifications for the service team.
