Micro Center is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor for the Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. You will lead a team, manage parts orders, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a service facility or retail service environment.
• Strong communication, reading, and writing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Manage parts orders, returns, and inventory quality control.
• Drive service performance to meet customer satisfaction and efficiency goals.
• Maintain vendor relationships and create vendor P&Ls.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and training activities.
