Job summary

Micro Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to lead sales floor operations, coaching associates, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced tech environment.

This role oversees merchandising standards, inventory control, staffing, and open/close procedures, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Two or more years in retail sales with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Ability to generate sales and execute corporate initiatives.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Shift coverage before/after store hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present credible product solutions while meeting customer service standards.
• Oversee ad set execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise freight flow, merchandise processing, cycle counts and inventory control.
• Participate in staffing, training and scheduling to ensure qualified associates.
• Provide coaching to ensure sales presentations and merchandising standards.
• Lead open and close procedures.
• Serve as floor leader during manager absences.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and preparing for physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Regional HR as needed on HR issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
