Micro Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to lead the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar. You will drive performance, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The role requires supervision experience in a retail or service setting, plus A+ and Apple certifications within 120 days of hire. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• At least one year supervisory experience in a service facility or retail tech.
• A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and ability to handle multiple customers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Ensure parts orders and returns are accurate and timely; maintain stock quality control.
• Manage cycle counts, inventory turns, obsolescence, and markdowns with Service Purchasing.
• Maintain customer service standards and professionally handle difficult customer situations.
• Drive performance to meet customer satisfaction, productivity, income, and efficiency goals.
• Manage vendor relations including cost, margins, and SLAs; create vendor P&Ls.
• Participate in staffing, orientation, and training activities; assist with scheduling.
• Maintain shop certification level for proper service and repair of products.
• Oversee look and feel of parts room and facility maintenance.
