Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a Retail Service and Repair Supervisor for our Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage parts ordering and quality control, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience; A+ and Apple certifications must be obtained within 120 days of hire. Flexible shifts and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory or management experience in a service facility or retail service department.
• A+ and Apple certifications are required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a cross-functional team of 8-10+ employees and support staff.
• Oversee parts ordering, returns, and quality control to ensure timely execution and high standards in inventory management.
• Ensure customer service standards are met, handling escalations professionally and empathetically.
• Monitor and optimize department performance across key metrics: customer satisfaction, repair productivity, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development; create efficient scheduling for peak and non-peak hours.
• Maintain up-to-date technical certifications for the service team to ensure capability in servicing current technologies.
