Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a motivated Service Operations Supervisor for our Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. Lead a team, manage parts and inventory, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

One year of supervisory experience and A+/Apple certifications are required within 120 days. Competitive benefits include medical, 401K, PTO, employee discount, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience in a service facility, retail service department, or tech support environment.
• A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple customers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Ensures parts orders and returns are processed accurately and timely.
• Manages inventory turns, obsolescence, and markdowns with Service Purchasing.
• Maintains high customer service standards and handles difficult customer situations professionally.
• Drives performance to meet customer satisfaction and operational goals.
• Manages vendor relationships and creates vendor P&Ls.
• Participates in staffing, orientation, and training activities.
• Assists with scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Maintains certification level of the service shop for proper repair.
• Oversees look and upkeep of the parts room and department facilities.
