Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT-enabled operations projects across multiple locations.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology-driven operational initiatives and cross-functional activities.
• Work with store managers, field teams, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Prepare status reports, agendas, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify process improvements in workflows and documentation.
