Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational initiatives from start to finish.
• Liaise between store managers, field teams, and internal departments to support operational needs and resolve issues.
• Schedule meetings, maintain project updates, and track action items and follow-ups.
• Support new operational initiatives, process improvements, and store readiness activities.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and successful execution of operational projects.
• Identify process gaps and help improve workflows and operational efficiency.
