Harvey Nash Inc. is seeking an IT Field Support/IT Retail Field Tech for North Jersey, NJ. You will travel between stores, install hardware/software, and support retail IT systems. The role requires a willingness to travel, a valid NJ/NY driver’s license, and Spanish language ability.

You will be the first point of contact for store IT issues, train users, and escalate complex problems as needed. Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential.

Formación

• College degree in IT or equivalent certifications.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid NJ/NY driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first point of contact for support issues at all stores.
• Able to travel daily between stores.
• Process service tickets/work logs and train customers on applications and wireless peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems on site and handle hardware/software installs.
