Work Arrangement:

Onsite Monday-Friday. Work from home on Fridays after the first 90 days.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and technology-oriented Operations Coordinator to support retail operations, technology initiatives, store-driven projects, and cross-functional business activities.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project coordination and execution skills with a practical understanding of technology environments, including POS systems, networking, ERP platforms, and enterprise application s.

You will serve as a key connection between store operations, field teams, IT, vendors, and internal business departments, ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently from initial requirements through implementation and completion.

This is not a traditional administrative coordinator position or a formal Project Manager role. We are looking for someone with the ownership, organization, communication, and execution capabilities of a Project Manager who can also understand and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology-driven operational initiatives, store requests, system enhancements, and cross-functional business activities.
• Work closely with store managers, field teams, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational needs.
• Support initiatives involving POS systems, ERP platforms, networking, store technology, and enterprise applications.
• Coordinate activities from initiation through completion, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Translate business and store requirements into clear, actionable information for technical and operational teams.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, implementation activities, technology rollouts, and store readiness.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions or elevate issues.
• Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, documentation, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain consistent communication across departments to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations coordination, IT coordination, technology support, implementation coordination, or a related role.
• Working knowledge or exposure to POS systems, ERP platforms, networking, IT infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
• Strong project coordination capabilities, including managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience in retail, grocery, multi-location operations, or store technology environments is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual communication skills are a plus.
