Job summary

Harvey Nash Inc. seeks a Retail Store Application Specialist (POSAnalyst) in Matawan, NJ to support deployment and operation of co-op applications used by member stores.

You will configure applications and support integrations with POS systems, onboarding and setup activities, and collaborate with vendors and IT teams for smooth store operations. This full-time role requires 5+ years POS experience, SAP S/4/PI knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of POS technology experience and retail implementations.
• Experience with SAP S/4/PI in grocery or retail contexts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure co-op applications and support data integrations with store POS systems.
• Assist onboarding, conversions, implementations, and related setup activities.
• Provide Level 2 store support and escalate issues per procedures.
• Document requirements and coordinate with stores and application teams.
• Monitor data integrations and participate in QA and UAT for system changes.
• Develop store communications, training materials, and implementation support.
• Coordinate with IT Field teams, POS vendors, and service providers.
