Job summary

Pandora is seeking an experienced Endpoints & Network Operations Manager to transform store hardware and network operations across NAM and LATAM. You will own strategy, governance, and delivery of endpoint and network services, aligning NAM/LATAM with global standards while collaborating with EMEA and APAC leadership.

The role requires leading multi-country technology operations, vendor management, and hardware refresh programs in a retail environment, driving stability and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a relevant tech/ops role with global scope.
• Deep experience in IT infrastructure, hardware, and network operations.
• Proven leadership of large-scale operational transformation programs.
• Strong endpoint, hardware lifecycle, and network operations knowledge.
• Experience managing global vendors and outsourced providers.
• Budget ownership and financial management experience.
• History of building operational stability while driving change.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, tech and suppliers.
• Experience in international, multicultural retail environments.
• Background in retail or consumer-facing businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence of all store tech assets: POS hardware, payment devices, and store network gear.
• Develop, consolidate and execute multi-year hardware refresh and replacement strategies.
• Ensure stores operate on secure and reliable hardware.
• Drive hardware inventory accuracy, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
• Evolve the strategy for store network operations and governance.
• Lead the global move from fragmented regional ISPs to a world-wide setup.
• Establish governance, standards, and service management for store network.
• Improve network reliability and performance; manage external partnerships.
• Oversee hardware procurement, warehousing, distribution and installation.
• Manage relationships with telecom and service providers globally.
