Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Retail Systems to improve store technology experiences across New York area stores. The role combines store operations knowledge with technical acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to implement and optimize POS, inventory, and related technologies.

You will partner with Digital & Technology, OMNI, and Retail Operations to pilot, test, and scale solutions that enhance efficiency and adoption across Pandora’s North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, MIS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years in Retail Operations, Store Technology, or analytics in retail.
• Strong program management and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize project plans and lead cross-functional collaboration to roll out store technology initiatives.
• Improve delivery of new technologies to Pandora stores and drive adoption.
• Lead NAM store system pilots from planning to execution and monitor results.
• Develop and lead testing to remediate major defects prior to full implementation.
• Coordinate pilots and capture learnings to refine implementations for all stores.
• Maintain tracking of digital pilots and prioritize store participation to avoid overload.
• Provide insights to align technology needs with Pandora Global for NAM.
• Deliver monthly fleet tech readiness analyses and improvement actions.
