Job summary

On is seeking a Lead - Retail and Workplace Technology Project Manager, Americas, to own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and systems for physical spaces across the region. You will lead high-priority projects, applying global standards with precision, and act as a guiding resource for the Americas project team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technology Project Management, retail/office expansions or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong IT/Network infrastructure knowledge and Retail Tech stack (RFID, payment devices, traffic counters, AV systems).
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail and Workplace expansion projects across the Americas, coordinating Global Project Team, Construction, and vendors.
• Manage high-impact projects from design through deployment.
• Oversee technology lifecycle and procurement for networks, RFID, payments, CCTV, and related systems, ensuring global standards and security compliance.
• Pilot innovative solutions and provide feedback to refine worldwide standards.
• Improve deployment workflows and project management methodologies to boost efficiency and quality.
• Manage regional vendors, budgets, risks, and performance to scale with growth.
