Pandora is seeking an experienced Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Retail) to own the full recruitment cycle for store leadership and retail roles across assigned markets. You will partner with Retail Leadership, HR, and COEs to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and a seamless onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume retail hiring, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing sourcing strategies, with approximately 25–30% travel and West Coast-based alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 6+ years in-house Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume retail hiring.
• Experience hiring Store Managers and retail leadership roles.
• Experience in a global retail organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles across markets.
• Develop deep understanding of markets and build partnerships to anticipate talent needs.
• Manage high-volume, seasonal, and priority hiring with strong candidate experience.
• Own onboarding execution consistent with global standards and local needs.
