Pandora is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Retail - West Coast) to lead full-cycle recruitment for store-level roles, collaborating with Retail Leadership and HR to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

You will build talent pipelines, manage high-volume needs, and partner on onboarding and development initiatives. Expect 25–30% travel and a role grounded in global standards with local execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume retail hiring.
• Experience hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and retail leadership roles.
• Experience working within a global retail organization preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong capability managing high-volume requisition loads (20–30 concurrent roles) while meeting time to fill expectations.
• Expertise across diverse sourcing strategies, negotiation, and offer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality, timely hiring outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned markets and build strong partnerships with field leadership to anticipate talent needs.
• Manage high-volume, seasonal, and priority hiring needs, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill markets through market mapping, direct sourcing, networking, hiring events, field recruiting, and ongoing relationship building.
• Monitor recruiting performance and talent trends, including time-to-fill, internal mobility, pipeline health, candidate conversion, and other key metrics.
• Own new hire onboarding execution, ensuring a consistent and effective experience aligned to global onboarding standards and local needs.
• Maintain an active presence in assigned markets through store visits, recruiting events, market walks, and in-person partnership with field leadership, with approximately 25–30% travel expected.
