• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS, facilities, security, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and risk management.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets and vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.

• Lead all EHS, Sustainability, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, and Employee Experience initiatives for the Americas Distribution Center.
• Develop and execute strategies for safety, regulatory compliance, continuity, and workplace excellence.
• Oversee building operations, utilities, asset protection, and facility improvements.
• Manage site security operations, access, CCTV, and visitor management.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Global teams to achieve business objectives.
