Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support in-store customers, explain network coverage, and assist with service plans. You will build product knowledge and use digital tools to demonstrate features and options throughout the shopping journey.

Starting pay includes $18 base plus $5 training pay, with on-the-job training and potential to reach an annual incentive target. Eligible for stock grants, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits for both full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
