Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and driving sales. You will assist with daily store operations, training and motivating Stylists, and representing our culture of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, build guest connections, and collaborate across roles to ensure a positive, inclusive in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Positive attitude under pressure
• Passion for fashion and helping others develop personal style

• Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Model and teach WOW service principles to guests
• Assist with daily store operations as needed
• Provide input on training, motivating and celebrating Stylists
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections
• Build brand awareness through philanthropic events and community initiatives
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards
• Educate guests on product details and personal styling
• Collaborate with team to deliver WOW guest experiences
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency and positivity
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events and Back of House
