Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will assist with daily store operations, motivate Stylists, and help drive sales while representing our brand with energy and a customer-first attitude.

You will rotate across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed, ensuring guests feel welcome and well served. Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW guest experiences and support store leadership.
• Assist with daily store operations and training of Stylists.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Participate in community events and brand initiatives to build awareness.
• Maintain store safety and uphold Asset Protection standards.
• Communicate product details and personal styling to guests.
• Adapt to different areas of the store as needed (Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, Back of House).
• Take action to resolve guest concerns promptly and positively.
