Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will assist with daily store operations, training Stylists, and helping drive sales while representing our brand with positivity and energy.

This role requires strong customer service, fashion sense, and a collaborative mindset. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, flexing across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed, including evenings,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to adapt to a changing schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW guest experiences and support Store Leadership Team.
• Assist daily store operations and training of Stylists.
• Drive sales and guest connections through WOW experiences.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
• Educate guests on product details and assist with styling recommendations.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Take action to resolve guest concerns with urgency and enthusiasm.
