Qualifications

• Previous specialty retail management experience is preferred.

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling G.U.E.S.T. service and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs with open-ended questions and recommend products.
• Explain features/benefits with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build loyalty and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
• Inspire and motivate the team with positive feedback and TPS recognition.
• Support Store Team Leader in their absence and manage daily operations.
• Train and cross-train staff across departments to build bench strength.
