Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Fort Myers location. The role focuses on delivering world class service through the GUEST approach, coaching team members, and achieving sales goals on a fast-paced retail floor.

As a Key Holder, you will supervise the sales floor, participate in opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandising standards are met while providing a safe, welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Model the GUEST service approach and deliver world class service.
• Greet customers, assess needs, explain products, and close sales using training provided.
• Coach team to improve sales and service and supervise the sales floor.
• Handle store opening/closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Process returns and exchanges and ensure accurate customer data at POS.
• Comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
