At T-Mobile in the United States, the Retail Team Lead role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. You will coach and train staff, manage store operations, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards to drive performance.

The position emphasizes leadership, change agility, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
