T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a store leadership-oriented professional to guide the retail team in delivering outstanding customer-focused service and sales outcomes. This role emphasizes coaching, training, and operational management to meet customer needs and drive performance.

You will lead team members to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and stay updated on product knowledge. Benefits include stock grants, 401(k), and extensive health plans.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
