Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive growth across the store, lead a team, and ensure operational excellence while upholding brand standards.

The role requires the ability to coach and motivate staff, manage opening/closing duties, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment. You’ll join a team that values growth, leadership, and customer-first selling.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate associates in-the-moment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and repeatable processes.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift when associates arrive.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and drive selling excellence.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
