Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering consistent customer experiences, and driving growth across the store. You will lead a team, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure execution of operational activities while embodying the brand values.

You will coach and motivate associates, provide performance feedback, and create genuine connections with customers through personalized recommendations and product

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities
