Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver top-caliber customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure operations run smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a frontline leader, you will hire, train, and motivate staff, manage daily tasks, and uphold our service standards while maintaining a safe, engaging store atmosphere for customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operations results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach and develop others.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Availability to work peak days and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback.
