Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager, develop associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach teams, and ensure consistent service standards across the store.

The role emphasizes selling with product knowledge, process execution, and building a positive team culture. Availability for peak times is required, with a focus on safety and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Customer-first approach in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to handle customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling skills and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety, policies, and store appearance are maintained.
